Our Music Policy

We are proud to have a large repertoire list and love helping our clients personalize their playlists! Here are our music policies:

  • our repertoire list is shared between all of our ensembles

  • songs from our repertoire list are always included for free​

  • two custom song requests (songs from off the repertoire list or bespoke arrangements/mashups) come free with each booking. For the third request and beyond, there is an arranging/procurement fee.

  • ​your booking includes five must-plays from our repertoire list during your prelude, postlude, and per hour of background music; the remaining songs will take inspiration from these. Or just give us a genre/vibe to work with, and we'll draw from our repertoire list!​​

  • 2 requests from off our list (can be used for key moments or background music)

  • up to 5 must-plays per hour from our repertoire list

FAQ

Do you accommodate requests from off the repertoire list?

Yes, absolutely! These are considered custom arrangements per our policy and the first two will be arranged for you for free.

What requests from off the repertoire list will you accept?

Short answer: Almost all of them! Long answer: look here!

 

How much does a custom arrangement cost?

The first two custom arrangements come free with your booking. For arrangements beyond that, we will quote you a fee based on length and complexity (starting at $20) that will be due with the balance a week before the event.

Will you collaborate with my DJ/outside musician?

We collaborate on a case-by-case basis. Any songs where outside collaboration is involved will count as a custom arrangement.
